Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Returns:

We will gladly issue a refund for full priced merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in the condition you received them in with the original box and/or packaging. If merchandise is not returned in its original box or the box is taped and used to return the merchandise, a  restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Any items returned without the original box will have a restocking fee of 15%. All items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact.

Please do not return the merchandise to the manufacturer, we will handle everything.

If you are not pleased with the item you ordered, you can mail package to us.

 

We will gladly pay shipping charges on returned items if:

 Item is defective.

 Wrong item was shipped.

 Item was missing parts or accessories.

 Sale and Clearance Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.

 

Refunds:

You are required to mail the completed Return/Exchange Form along with the receipt in order to return or exchange your item. Internet refunds are processed only by the corporate office. We will refund the money to your credit card after receiving notification of the returned merchandise. Please allow 1 week for this refund to be processed.

 

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item purchased, please contact us. We will check the availability of the replacement item you are requesting and further explain the steps needed to make the exchange.

Merchandise that is exchangeable can be returned by mailing. Exchanges are subject to a processing and handling fee. Once the original item is received, the replacement merchandise will arrive to you within 7-10 business days.
